Lizzie was always a child who appeared younger than her age, but she didn’t initially realize that something was amiss with her body. She was simply a child enjoying her life, oblivious to the ridicule she faced. However, around the age of 6, she began to notice the stares and laughter from others.

Lizzie was born with two rare conditions: Marfan syndrome and lipodystrophy. These genetic disorders affect her heart, eyes, and bones, and they hinder her ability to gain weight due to abnormal fat distribution in her body.
