Player Loses Out On $1M Over This Tough ‘Wheel of Fortune’ Puzzle

A recent episode of Wheel of Fortune left fans stunned when a contestant froze during a high-stakes Bonus Round — with a potential $1 million payday on the table.

The May 13 episode featured a special “Bragging Rights” theme, where all three contestants weren’t strangers, but coworkers from the same pediatric medical office.

Sam Oh from Cypress, Texas, went head-to-head with Peter Jung and Daniel Park, both from Houston. With longtime ties and workplace bragging rights at stake, the competition quickly turned personal — and hilarious.

Host Ryan Seacrest kicked off the night with a joke after learning Jung had once been Park’s pediatrician. “Still waiting for him to grow,” Jung quipped. Seacrest grinned and replied, “People say the same about me — better watch it!” Read more below
