The world is in awe after Eman Ahmed Abd El Aty, once known as the “world’s heaviest woman,” lost an astonishing 500+ pounds in just two years. Her incredible weight loss journey has left people stunned, and her new appearance is nothing short of miraculous.
At her heaviest, Eman weighed 1,100 pounds (500 kg), making everyday life nearly impossible. She was bedridden for over 25 years, relying completely on her family for basic care. Doctors warned that without immediate medical intervention, she wouldn’t survive much longer.
Eman’s sister reached out to Dr. Muffazal Lakdawala, a famous weight loss surgeon in India, who agreed to take her case. In 2017, Eman was carefully transported from Egypt to Mumbai for treatment.
