The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTAs) is known for its star-studded guest list, but one guest stood out above all – Prince William, the future King of England. However, he appeared visibly sad as he opened up about his wife’s recent health struggles.
Kate Middleton, his wife of 13 years, recently underwent abdominal surgery at The London Clinic for undisclosed reasons. And while the royal family is known for their privacy, this time, they have been even more secretive.
In a surprising contrast, Prince William’s father, King Charles III, was very open about his own health issues, including his prostate surgery and unrelated cancer diagnosis. This made Prince William’s sadness and the secrecy surrounding Kate Middleton’s health even more noticeable.
